This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and Volvo. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at our client.
About the position as a painter
As a painter at Volvo, you will work with painting truck cabins in a high-tech production facility. You will also be involved in:
- Machine maintenance
- General production work
- Quality assurance of painted surfaces
This is an important role where you contribute to ensuring that our products maintain the highest quality - both visually and technically.

Location: Umeå
Start: Immediately
Working hours: 2-shift, alternating weeks of day and evening shifts
Are you the right person for the job?
We are looking for a positive and engaged person with a genuine interest in quality and teamwork. You thrive in social settings, have an easy time collaborating, and contribute to a good atmosphere at the workplace. You are also quality-oriented and meticulous, with a keen eye for details.
We are looking for someone who
- Masters Swedish in speech and writing
- Has a driver's license and access to a car
- Has experience in painting or relevant education in the field
It is considered an advantage if you have prior experience in vehicle painting.
In accordance with our client's requirements, we will conduct a background check in the criminal record before a potential employment.
